This is why fios rules. 35 Mb/s up/down. I was abusing it today…uploading and downloading huge files simultaneously. How did it hold up? Well, look at the picture. At the time of the screenshot, it was 4.5MB/s each way. 4.5 megabytes. And if you look at the history graph, you can see that upload and download don’t compete against each other, thus maxing out at a combined 9MB/s total bandwith. The noise in the upload (red) is likely due to the fact that I was uploading many smaller files. Impressive nerd stuff right here, folks.
